About the Role
- Responsible for providing vision and setting Planning strategies for assigned brands in all countries.
- Accountable for key areas of regional planning (OTB, Receipt / Stocks Performance), inventory management, purchase cycle and reporting.
- Involved in activities that related to the successful implementation of brand strategy and management of company assets.
Key Responsibilities Area
General Outline
- Own and manage the OTB and inventory planning at Brand Product/Location Hierarchy level and assist the team meet merchandise targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Responsible for overall Demand Alignment, inventory forecasting & management across regions
- Develop and maintain seasonal and annual sales/stock plans
- Create reviews of annual financial plans to ensure correct sales and receipt flow and other key components
- Review pre-season, post-season and in-season performance and recommend adjustments to achieve target WOS, Stock Turn and Sell Through:
-Ageing of Inventory
-Sales Trends
-Inventory Trends
- Lead the team and collaborate with GMs / Merchandisers in delivering sales and profit contribution of the brand
- Understand and support overall brand strategy
- Drive implementation on Merchandise & Allocation Planning Tools as per company directions.
Position Specification:
Education
Minimum a Diploma/ Degree graduate in any discipline.
Professional Experience
Minimum 11 years of related merchandising experiences in a comparable retail environment.

Languages
Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language(s) is an added advantage.
