About the Role

Work as an internal Ariba consultant. Provide group IT solutions to finance operations team to support
Regulatory changes and transformation needs.

• Supervise the End-to-End IT solution of expense management.
Provide system solution in the field of P2P/AP process to meet business need (mainly but not limited to SAP Account Payables/
Ariba/ Concur)
• Evaluate change impact of a system solution.
• Support of RFP or vendor/ product evaluation process.
• Advise the solution design in the finance change board.
• Conduct end to end project implementation from design, configuration, testing, and cutover.
• Provide hyper-care support and knowledge transfer to the support team.

• Lead small to medium size system improvement.
• Prepare/ maintain training manuals or user guides.
• Review existing process and identify solution to improve existing user experience.
• Work as the escalation point of the daily support issue.
