About the role

We are seeking a skilled Web Admin/Web Administrator to join our dynamic team at AMALEENA JEWEL SDN. BHD. in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our company's online presence, ensuring our website remains secure, functional and up-to-date, manage the company’s social media profiles.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain the company's website, including content updates, bug fixes and performance improvements
  • Monitor website traffic and analytics, and make recommendations to improve user experience
  • Ensure website security by implementing and monitoring security measures, and addressing any vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement website strategies that support the company's overall objectives
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for website-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies, trends, and best practices
  • Oversee and manage the company’s social media profiles, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Develop and schedule content to engage with the audience and enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop strategies for increasing engagement, followers, and brand awareness on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotions across platforms.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in website administration or a related field
  • Possess a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems like WordPress
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve website issues
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools and techniques to optimize website performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality website content and user experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok with a strong understanding of creating and implementing effective social media strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
