We are looking for a dynamic Account cum Admin & HR Executive to join our team. This is a versatile role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to manage key functions in accounting, administration, and human resources. Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Finance

  • Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage payment processing, invoicing, and receivables tracking.
  • Assist in financial audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
  • Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions

2. Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative support.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
  • Organize and maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

3. Human Resources (HR)

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage employee records, leave applications, and payroll processing.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role (experience in accounting, HR, and administration is essential).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Other Attributes: Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
