We are looking for a dynamic Account cum Admin & HR Executive to join our team. This is a versatile role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to manage key functions in accounting, administration, and human resources. Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Finance
- Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
- Manage payment processing, invoicing, and receivables tracking.
- Assist in financial audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance.
- Process monthly payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB submissions
2. Administration
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative support.
- Manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Organize and maintain company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Support company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
3. Human Resources (HR)
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Manage employee records, leave applications, and payroll processing.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role (experience in accounting, HR, and administration is essential).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Other Attributes: Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
