About the Role
This role is responsible for Design program content, methods and implementation processRoles and Responsibilities
End to End Learning Process D&D
- Design program content, methods and implementation process
- Work with Subject Matter Expert to analyse business needs and develop learning objectives and outcomes
- Research on best practices and explore on appropriate tools and platform to produce compelling and engaging learning deliverables that align to Premier Academy and regulatory guidelines
- Carry out Train-The-Trainer (TTT) session
- Coach RTS on program delivery after TTT
Quality Assurance & Personal Development
- Curriculum design & training delivery effectiveness monitoring and review
- Evaluation and Feedback compilation
- Attend certification programs
Strategic Planning and New Projects
- Support the execution of business projects, maintain project documentation and communication
Job Requirements
- Degree holder from any field of study
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in training or insurance industry
- LOMA qualification, certification as facilitator for BAMC, LIMRA/GAMA Agency Management Programs or equivalent will be value added.
- Good analytic, presentation, communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Able to prepare & upkeep training materials by using most common software (e.g. MS Office suite)
- Fast learner, curiosity for knowledge and able to conceptualize ideas
- Pleasant personality and presentable
