- To handle full set of accounts and cash flow management.
- To handle accounts receivables and account payables via invoicing, receipt, payment voucher etc.
- To handle correspondence with customer and authorities/3rd parties
- To discuss with account manager on work plan and budgetary.
- To keep track and handle of filing, keep record and assuring accurate documents filing
- To Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- To Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly in the system.
- To prepare and provide financial document such as Profit & loss, Income statement & Balance Sheet.
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- To perform general office administration works
