Job Description: Salesperson (Warehouse & Hardware Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the warehouse and hardware industries.
• Develop and maintain a customer base by building strong, lasting relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives through effective planning and execution.
• Customer Service:
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Product Knowledge:
• Gain in-depth knowledge of warehouse and hardware products to effectively present and sell to customers.
• Keep updated on new product offerings, features, and industry trends.
• Market Analysis:
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Identify potential growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Order Processing:
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability and timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with marketing and other departments to drive sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the warehouse or hardware industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Goal-driven with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
• Education: Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
