Inside Sales Coordinator
- Responsibilities;
-Assisting office manager & sales teams with administrative tasks and coordination
-Handling sales logistics and shipment coordination
-Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
-Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations
-Assisting with sales presentations and materials preparation
-Developing and maintaining a filing system for managing sales databases and updating sales records
-Collaborating with marketing and finance teams on sales-related tasks
- Qualifications
-Computer literacy, including basic word processing and spread-sheet abilities
-Preferred, but not necessary, a Chinese language ( Deal with Chinese customers)
-With industrial supplies experience is preferred
-Office based but willingness to travel as require
