We’re looking for Microsoft Incentives and Portal Specialist for Noventiq Malaysia or Philippines. You’ll be a part of our Global Sales team.

About this role:
This role will play a critical role in managing and optimizing Partner Incentive funds. This position is essential for ensuring efficient tracking, reporting, and deployment of these funds. Key responsibilities include providing operational support, coordination, and maintaining compliance with Program requirements.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Specialist to enhance our utilization of incentives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency of work and enhancing the overall user experience.

What you’ll do
:
  • Oversee the entire process of submitting important documents, ensuring they are accurate and submitted on time.
  • Ensure all activities and utilization align with Partner Incentives program guidelines, maintaining thorough documentation and compliance records.
  • Provide training and support to team members on functionalities and best practices.
  • Regularly analyze data to provide insights on usage, compliance, and performance against targets.
  • Generate reports for stakeholders and upper management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including finance, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth fund processing, allocation, and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues, liaising with Vendor support as needed.

About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field, highly recommend from IT background
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, work with system, CRM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
Preferred Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
