Ipsos is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of creative professionals to deliver outstanding design solutions that align with our business goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: •Oversee and manage the graphic design team to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery of projects. •Develop creative concepts and storyboards, providing creative direction to team members. •Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and ensure design projects align with business goals. •Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines. •Provide hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and maintain a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout. •Utilize skills in motion graphics, video editing, UI/UX, and/or HTML/CSS to enhance design deliverables. •Ensure brand consistency across all design projects and stay up-to-date with design trends and technology. •Foster a creative problem-solving environment and deliver innovative design solutions. •Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with deliverables and addressing any concerns promptly. Qualifications: •8+ years of graphic design experience. •1-2 years in a senior managerial role. •Proven ability to manage multiple projects and provide creative direction. •Strong ideation and conceptualization skills, including storyboarding. •Ability to understand a brief and develop design strategies that support business objectives •Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
