Duties & Responsibility
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying new projects launching, market info, product trends and implementing strategies to drive growth.
- Generate new business opportunities through effective account management and proactive prospecting.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Create the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) by defining activities, the sequence and resources required down to a 2 weeks individual work package and assigning it to project executives, project coordinators, site supervisors & etc.
- To emphasise on not to deliver beyond the scope and requirements of a project. Any additional tasks beyond the scope shall be identified as a variation. Thus requires issuing or obtaining AI, EI, SI, CVI prior to the commencement of work.
- Mentor and groom sales team and project designers on how to achieve their KPI & support their professional development.
- Responsible for managing and positively developing relationships with stakeholders, also managing projects’ profitability.
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry.
- Possess excellent project management, time management and leadership skills.
- Understand all aspects of the project and technical building requirements.
- Able to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
