Job Description:
The Sales Account Manager will focus on B2B Corporate Sales, promoting Jobstore and its job posting services through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and video calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities fully indoors, engaging clients through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and video conferencing.
- Promote Jobstore’s job posting services to corporate clients, meeting sales targets.
- Update client information, progress, and sales activities in the CRM system accurately and timely.
- Build rapport and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide professional customer support to address client inquiries and ensure a positive client experience.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fully indoor sales environment.
- Diploma or Degree holder
