  • Record and update daily financial transactions in accounting software.
  • Assist in preparing and managing invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support in handling payroll preparation, including staff salary calculations and statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain office files, documents, and records for easy access.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements (e.g., air tickets and hotel bookings).
  • Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly and annual statements.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as needed.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Support recruitment processes, such as scheduling interviews and managing HR paperwork.
  • Provide administrative assistance to other departments as required.
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SQL or Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, high attention to detail, and excellent time management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
