  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

- Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process.

- Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture.

- Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc.

Showroom Management

- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing.

- Manage showroom operations (specify tasks like preparing quotations, purchase orders,sales orders, ensuring showroom presentation meets standards).

Client Relationships

- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

- Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction.

Collaboration & Reporting

- Work with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.

- Track sales performance and provide feedback on customer preferences.

Handle ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in interior design, cabinetry, or home furnishings.
  • Must possess at least an SPM/STPM/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools to manage leads and customer interactions effectively.
  • Sales-driven and independent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills to all levels of customers.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Proficiency in negotiation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus
