What you'll be doing: - Provide support for all IT-related activities, ensuring smooth and efficient IT operations. - Track and resolve reported user issues through effective teamwork and collaboration. - Maintain and update IT documentation promptly and accurately. - Manage and update an up-to-date inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources. - Handle ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the Managing Director or Supervisor. What we're looking for: - 1-3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role, preferably with exposure to multi-lingual environments - Fluent in both spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin--speaking employees. - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. - Strong knowledge of ERP systems and implementation. - Experience integrating third-party applications with ERP systems. - Familiarity with SQL, Business Intelligence tools, and data reporting - Adaptable and able to work independently or as part of a team - Willingness to travel to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Indonesia is required.
