- Create, coordinate, and oversee the production of all external communication materials, including press releases, email campaigns, promotional materials, and digital content to ensure consistent messaging across all public-facing platforms.
- Manage the company’s social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic content creation, timely posting, audience engagement, and optimization of advertising campaigns.
- Produce engaging short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media channels, working with internal teams or independently as needed to boost audience engagement.
- Assist in managing public relations efforts, including media interactions and public announcements, to maintain a positive image and brand representation.
- Work closely with the branding agency to ensure consistency and alignment of all communication materials with the overall brand strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the branding agency to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and effective messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communications activities, including social media metrics and digital campaign performance, using data to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Campaign Executive
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in managing multifaceted marketing campaigns with a focus on generating marketing leads and driving promotional activities in the B2B context.
- Strong ability in managing and nurturing client relationships, with a particular focus on marketing collaborations and strategic partnerships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Creative and strategic thinker with an analytical approach to solving problems and improving campaign strategies.
Communication Executive
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin
