Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee data and records, ensuring HR databases are up-to-date.
  • Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and preparation of HR reports.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidates' credentials.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Source and maintain potential resumes in the talent pool to support future recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, health, and safety regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a diploma in HR management or other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient with English & Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
