Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain employee data and records, ensuring HR databases are up-to-date.
- Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and preparation of HR reports.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidates' credentials.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Source and maintain potential resumes in the talent pool to support future recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, health, and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a diploma in HR management or other relevant qualifications.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient with English & Mandarin.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
