Trainee - Housekeeping

The Housekeeping Trainee learns about Housekeeping department’s operations and related skills, works independently at certain service positions, and supports other departments to achieve department targets.
What will I be doing?
As the Housekeeping Trainee, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Learn and practice according to the training plan.
- Independently work at certain service positions.
- Support other departments’ team members to complete tasks at a high standard level.
- Assist department managers with certain administrative work.
- Adhere by the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton code of business conduct, the hotel’s team member handbook.
- The Management reserves the right to make changes to this job description at its sole discretion and without advance notice.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A Housekeeping Trainee, serving Hilton Brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
- College degree and above.
- English literate to meet business needs.
- Basic knowledge of hotel management and operations.
- Willing to learn about rooms division in the hotel industry.
- Good execution and result focused.
- Good service attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a good team player.
