1. Social Media Strategy Planning
Market research: Identifying target audiences, competitors, and current trends on social media.
Objective setting: Determining marketing goals such as increasing brand awareness, interactions, or sales.
Platform selection: Selecting the appropriate platform (example: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) based on the target audience.
2. Social Media Account Management
Opening and optimizing social media accounts with complete and relevant information.
Maintaining consistency in the use of logos, colors, and brand messages.
3. Content Creation
Content types: Text, images, videos, infographics, stories, or live broadcasts.
Content planning: Creating a content calendar to ensure scheduled and consistent posts.
Message writing: Creating attractive and relevant captions with calls-to-action.
4. Paid Advertising
Build and run paid advertising campaigns such as Facebook ads, Instagram Ads, or TikTok Ads.
Determine ad budgets and select target audiences using the platform’s targeting functionality.
5. Community Management
Interaction: Respond to comments, direct messages, and reviews with quick and professional responses.
Engagement: Increase engagement by starting conversations or engaging with audience content.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting
Use analytics tools like Facebook Insights or Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
Report on metrics like click-through rate, engagement rate, number of new followers, and ROI.
Adjust strategies based on performance data.
7. Influencer or Partner Collaboration
Find and engage with influencers to promote products or services.
Manage contracts, payments, and monitor the effectiveness of collaborative campaigns.
8. Continuous Improvement
Continuously review social media algorithm changes and adjust strategies.
Follow the latest trends to ensure content remains relevant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
