The Zeekr Sales Advisor plays a crucial role in introducing customers to Zeekr's premium electric vehicles (EVs), delivering an exceptional sales experience, and ensuring the customer journey aligns with Zeekr's luxury and innovation-focused brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, both online and offline.
  • Educate customers about Zeekr's brand philosophy, product features, and technological innovations.
  • Build strong relationships to create brand loyalty and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle model based on their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct test drives and provide detailed demonstrations of Zeekr vehicles.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process, including financing options, trade-ins, and documentation.
  • Brand Advocacy:
  • Represent Zeekr at promotional events, roadshows, and brand activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and drive showroom traffic.
  • Product Expertise:
  • Stay updated on Zeekr’s product line, EV technology, and industry trends.
  • Provide accurate and compelling information about vehicle specifications, warranties, and after-sales services.
  • Sales Targets and Reporting:
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
  • After-Sales Support:
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Serve as a point of contact for warranty or service-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.
  • A proactive, customer-focused, and goal-oriented mindset.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of the EV market and competitive landscape.
  • Multilingual abilities to cater to diverse customers (preferred).
  • Experience in luxury or premium brand sales is a plus.

Basic salary RM2500 + Commission
