  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to emails and tickets, and direct callers to the right expert.
  • Contact and deal with PIC (Person in Charge) for deployment schedule.
  • Check the data master list prior to deployment.
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry and data supply management.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and supervisors.
  • Compile and prepare documents for deployment schedule and reports after deployment.
  • Key in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) data into the system.
  • Check and verify UAT in the system.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in IT related field or equivalent
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
  • Posses Own transport
