- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, respond to emails and tickets, and direct callers to the right expert.
- Contact and deal with PIC (Person in Charge) for deployment schedule.
- Check the data master list prior to deployment.
- Perform general office duties such as data entry and data supply management.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and supervisors.
- Compile and prepare documents for deployment schedule and reports after deployment.
- Key in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) data into the system.
- Check and verify UAT in the system.
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in IT related field or equivalent
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Posses Own transport
- Yearly bonus - min 3 months, based on KPI achievement
