Job Description:
We (Pali Pali Trading Sdn Bhd) are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Admin to join our dynamic team in the 3D printing industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the logistics and supply chain activities across our three verticals: 3DExpress.my, 3DExtreme.my, and 3DExcel.my. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop within the rapidly evolving 3D printing sector.
Job Summary
The Accounts Administrator will manage daily accounting tasks and provide support for financial reporting and record-keeping activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle data entry for accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., SST, withholding tax) and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Monitor petty cash and manage expense claims for employees.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems for financial documentation.
- Assist in stock in-take and maintain accurate records of price, COGS, gross profits, etc.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, Autocount, etc).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good understanding of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Continuous Improvement:
- Liaise with superiors to suggest improvements in the purchasing process, system, or workflow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
