- Accounts Payable and Receivable Management.
- Ensure invoices are accurately and consistently captured into the system.
- Transfer purchase orders and Goods Received Notes into purchase invoices.
- Verify and issue Credit Notes and handle contra transactions.
- Verify and enter all expenses into the accounting system.
- Verify petty cash claim transactions.
- Prepare debtor aging reports.
- Prepare creditor aging reports.
- Prepare monthly journal transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliation statements.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Superior.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Autocount software.
Job requirement:
- Preferably with Autocount knowledge.
- Preferable can start work immediately.
- At least 2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible and self-discipline.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Meticulous and eagle eye of details.
