Job Description
The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient communication, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
  • Picklist items according to PO / Invoice and ensure proper record of inventory.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, accounts) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales targets and generate reports for management review.
  • Support sales team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle product inquiries, pricing, and availability with a good understanding of the company’s offerings.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic knowledge of accounts systems, warehouse management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
