Job Description
The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient communication, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in preparing and processing sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and CRM systems.
- Picklist items according to PO / Invoice and ensure proper record of inventory.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, accounts) to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales targets and generate reports for management review.
- Support sales team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle product inquiries, pricing, and availability with a good understanding of the company’s offerings.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Basic knowledge of accounts systems, warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
Continuous Improvement:
- Liaise with superiors to suggest improvements in the customer success, system, or workflow to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
