HR EXECUTIVE/SENIOR HR EXECUTIVE Salary range: RM2,500.00-RM3,000.00 Roles: 1- Manage Team Operations *Oversee and coordinate the HR team’s daily operations to ensure tasks and responsibilities are completed effectively and on time. *Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering collaboration and resolving operational challenges. 2- Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance *Accurately process monthly payroll and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, etc.). *Submit statutory contributions and prepare necessary reports within deadlines. 3- Recruitment and Onboarding *Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. *Conduct onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization. 4- Employee Records and Documentation *Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and documentation in accordance with company policies and labor laws. *Ensure proper storage and confidentiality of HR-related documents. 5- Performance Management and Appraisals *Support performance review processes and assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans. *Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management. 6- Management Representative *Serve as the company’s representative to liaise with clients and partners on HR and operational matters. *Address client requests and manage external audits related to HR functions. 7- Prepare Monthly Sales Report *Compile and analyze monthly sales data for reporting to management. *Work with other departments to verify data accuracy and address discrepancies. 8- Employee Relations and Engagement *Act as a mediator in addressing employee concerns and resolving workplace issues. *Plan and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and improve retention. 9- Training and Development *Identify training needs and organize relevant programs to enhance employee skills and productivity. *Track training participation and evaluate its effectiveness in meeting organizational goals. 10- Policy and Compliance *Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations. *Support the implementation of HR strategies to align with the organization’s objectives. Requirements: *Possed Diploma/Degree in HR Management/Business Management or any equivalent field *2-5 years experience in Management/HR Management *Having a background in finance/accounting is a bonus. *Spreadsheet preparation skills *Management skills *Independent & dependable *P&C knowledge & skills *Posses driving license & owned vehicle
