IT Engineer/ Team Lead

Manage and maintain all desktop computers, monitors, laptops, printers, and other IT-related equipment within the company. Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, network connectivity problems, and provide timely and effective technical support. Install, configure, and upgrade operating systems and applications. Manage computer accounts, permissions, and security settings. Provide IT training and support for new employees. Assist the IT team in project implementation and system maintenance. Record IT incidents and issues, and track the progress. Responsible for daily server/system checks, including operation status, disk space, log analysis, etc. Responsible for creating IT accounts, including computer accounts, email accounts, instant messaging accounts, document cloud accounts, encryption accounts, and OA accounts. Responsible for business system management and maintenance, including systems like OA, HR, email, instant messaging, document cloud, CPM, KM, encryption, external websites, FTP, [PLM, ERP, SRM, ATS] (backend maintenance). Responsible for basic system management and maintenance, including AD, DHCP, DNS, hyper-convergence, cloud, database, desktop cloud, and backup systems Responsible for network engineering/monitoring engineering project initiation, follow-up, implementation, maintenance, and network security strengthening and protection Conduct daily checks of the network/server room, including daily inspections of network equipment, operation status, log analysis, etc. Handle network fault resolution, including VPN issues, wired/wireless network issues, external network access issues, slow network, etc Responsible for the management and maintenance of the access card system, including modules like access control, consumption, and visitor management. Handle visitor Wi-Fi account setup and issue resolution; maintain the telephone system, including conference room password setup, long-distance authorization, and fault handling. Assist in liaising with domestic system personnel to handle business systems like MES, QMS, WMS, EMS, etc.
