• Daily attendance checking to trace any of absent employee.• • To collect gate pass from guard house every morning and key in into the computer. • To prepare the employee leave form. • Assist in the procedure regarding foreign workers and expatriates renewal employment pass process including fomema arrangement and passport renewal process. • To give the company panel clinic medical chit to the sick employees as per requested and keep the record. • To update the training records. • To communicate legal compliance within organization relevant government bodies. • To support ISO9001, ISO14001 and IATF16949 including all Environmental, Health & Safety programs undertaken by the company and fully comply to all plans & actions to achieve the objectives. • Familiar with Fomema, EPLKS , ESD and Xpats renewal process. • To do any other jobs within the job scope that were assigned by the superior. • Assist in workers hostel management. Requirements • Possesses Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or any equivalent qualifications. • At least 1 year of working experiences in HR department with knowledge in foreign worker management and permit renewal and Expatriates ESD application and renewal. • Well conversed in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
