Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Loan Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a variety of loan products to clients, generating leads, and managing the entire sales process. You will be expected to work independently, drive sales growth, and establish strong relationships with potential clients. You will also collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction. Our Offer: • Dynamic and Supportive Work Environment • Attractive Salary Package • Generous Commission Scheme • Convenient Office Location (The Podium, Kuching) Key Responsibilities: • Promote Loan Products: Present and sell a range of loan products (personal, business, mortgage, etc.) to potential clients, ensuring they understand the features, benefits, and terms. • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate financial solutions. • Loan Application Process: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documents are submitted correctly and promptly. • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through successful loan closures and relationship building. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, processing) to ensure efficient loan approvals and disbursements. • Market Analysis: Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to tailor sales strategies accordingly. • Customer Service: Provide ongoing support and address client queries regarding loan terms, payments, and processes. • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan sales are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports on loan sales, conversion rates, and client interactions. • Job Requirements: • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loan sales, financial services, or a related field. • Fresh graduates with a strong desire to learn and succeed in sales are welcomed • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Financial Knowledge: Familiarity with loan products, financial terms, and industry regulations. • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools; experience with loan origination systems is an advantage. • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
