• Outline work program for project implementation involving fit-out and furnishing work with relevant parties in the value chain i.e electrician, wall panel specialist, carpenter, loose furniture suppliers etc • Ensure project completion timeline is within the contractual time schedule and conduct quality check upon fit-out & furnishing work done. Whenever needed, provide assistance in handover defect inspection or work with appointed inspector whichever is deem viable. • Manage and lead internal & external interior designer in developing design concepts that is in-trend and sought after by property owners based on project’s buyer profiles. • Develop cost plan systematically with proper records and ensure cost plans are within budget. Propose selling prices for fit-out & furnishing packages. • Pre-qualify external design & built contractors and panel of sub-contractors for different category of projects. • Consistently obtain updates and understand market dynamics and preferences of purchasers to formulate procurement strategies that boost project implementation efficiency. • Conduct design brief for the sales team whenever needed so that design inspiration for a specific project could be well understood by the frontliners. • Assist in renovation work permit application and deal with property management for respective project whenever needed in effort to ensure commencement of fit-out & furnishing work. • Negotiate the best & optimum procurement quotation for all the required material and items. • Conduct & analyze post mortem after project completion to identify area of improvement. • Exercise and maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in dealing with clients and strive to preserve and enhance the good reputation and goodwill of the Company as well as build better relationship with clients. • Staying abreast of industry trends, new products innovation, practice management standards and technology available. • Provide coaching, guidance and feedback to staff in view of their work performance and channel the information to your superior. • Display teamwork and work closely with other stakeholders at all times.
