Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for day-to-day Network Management and Implementation of Enterprise Infrastructure. • Provided technical support and troubleshooting of routing and switching issue supporting various protocols such as BGP, ISIS. • Managing Small work items, collaborating with Branch teams, understanding new requirements. • Performed the tasks of making ongoing recommendations of network policies and standards. • Assisted in configuring assessments for routers, switches, SDWAN and wireless controllers. • Supported and guided team members in troubleshooting network issues. • Followed standard operating procedures in order to perform routine network changes upon management request. • Implementation of configuration activities with appropriate documentations. • Planning, Implementing and OS upgradation of Routers, Switches and Wireless controllers. • Testing and upgradation in Versa SDWAN devices. • Documentation of the troubleshooting session and new learnings for the team. • Making appropriate templates and doing peer review as a senior member of the team so that the team adhere with the guidelines. 2. Skills /Competencies: a. Essential Skills: • Data/Security certification e.g. CCNA • Network (security) knowledge – Firewall, VPN technology, Network Security Management Tools. • General network knowledge: LAN and WAN network equipment and environments, Network data (routing, switching, SDWAN, Wireless & WAN/LAN protocols), analysis, routing, and switching OSI Model, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. • SDWAN versa knowledge: Having knowledge on SDWAN versa • Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.Tech). b. Preferred skills • Experience in Cisco, SDWAN and Firewall • Experience in Cisco, VERSA & Firewall technology. (e.g. Routing & Switching protocols, Security etc.). Certification in Cisco (e.g.CCNA) • Experience in Wireless technology. c. Additional Skills:  Excellent customer interfacing skills.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.  Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written  Presentation and interpersonal skills  Having experience of leading the team  Mature and able to work in a global virtual team environment  Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision  Multitasking Skills - (ability to manage assigned tasks while being flexible work other priority issues as they arise)  Good analytical skills  Good team player At Infosys, we recognize that everyone has individual requirements.
