Responsibilities

  • Assisting in hiring process and walk-in interview arrangement
  • Handling documentation of employees and candidates
  • Collecting and updating database with new hire or employee information
  • Creating content for social media such as posters and videos
  • Assisting in employee engagement events
  • Learning to source, screen and interview suitable candidates
  • Undertaking ad hoc duties as required by supervisors

Requirements

  • Pursuing Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business or any related course
  • Good communication in English in professional setting
  • Experience in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Passionate to learn and develop interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
  • Able to travel and work in Subang Jaya/Shah Alam (office is connected to LRT/KTM)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
