Primary Responsibility
- Assist / support sales team on a daily basis with the coordination
- Responding to existing and prospective customers’ inquiries/requests over the phone or via e-mails,
- Handle all kinds of enquiry from customer.
- Overall clerical job to undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.
- Process Quotation/Sales Orders/ Delivery Order/Invoice
- Other sales support and administration duties as required by superior
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Requirement:
- SPM or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience. New graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Computer literacy.
- Basic knowledges in Computer & Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
- Good administrative, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate Vacancy Available.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
