Primary Responsibility

  • Assist / support sales team on a daily basis with the coordination
  • Responding to existing and prospective customers’ inquiries/requests over the phone or via e-mails,
  • Handle all kinds of enquiry from customer.
  • Overall clerical job to undertake other related jobs as directed by superior from time to time.
  • Process Quotation/Sales Orders/ Delivery Order/Invoice
  • Other sales support and administration duties as required by superior
  • Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Requirement:

  • SPM or equivalent.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of relevant working experience. New graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Basic knowledges in Computer & Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel
  • Good administrative, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate Vacancy Available.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
