JOB DETAILS:

  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Working Location: Tebrau, Johor
  • Basic salary range: RM 2200 - RM 3000
  • Fixed Allowance: Travelling, attendance & phone
  • KPI Allowance every month after probation

Job Description:

1) Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage job postings and coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they have all required documentation, access to systems, and introductions to team members.

2) Employee Relations

  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries and address concerns or complaints.
  • Conduct routine check-ins with employees to monitor morale and identify issues that may require support or escalation.

3) Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Ensure payroll processing runs smoothly, resolving any issues related to attendance, leave, and deductions.

4) Performance Management Support

  • Assist in coordinating performance appraisals, gathering feedback, and tracking goal progress.

5) HR Compliance & Recordkeeping

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including contracts, benefits enrolments, and personal data.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Previous internship experience in Human Resources is an advantage.
  • Open to fresh graduates eager to grow and develop in the HR field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to facilitate communication with China-based stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
