About the Job
We’re looking for a Research Analyst to dive into finance, economics, and global trends, turning
research into clear and engaging content for YouTube, social media, and blogs. This role is
perfect for someone who enjoys analyzing data, staying updated on market and policy news,
and explaining complex topics in a way anyone can understand.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Comprehensive Research: Analyze financial markets, global economic trends, and policy developments to produce well-informed and accurate content.
Craft Engaging Content: Write YouTube scripts, social media posts, and blogs that make complex topics—such as market movements, economic policies, and personal finance—relatable and easy to understand.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with content creators, editors, and marketers to ensure that research insights align with our creative direction and audience needs.
Community Engagement: Use audience feedback to refine content strategy, staying responsive to what viewers find most valuable.
Ensure Accuracy: Proofread and edit content, ensuring every piece reflects meticulous research and adheres to our brand standards. Your attention to detail protects the integrity of our message, maintaining the professional standard our audience expects.
Support Strategy Development: Contribute to editorial planning, SEO optimization, and strategic content initiatives.
Requirement:
Passion for Current Events: A keen interest in staying updated with the latest financial news, economic trends, and policy changes. You should enjoy following and analyzing global & local developments and turning them into actionable insights.
Research Skills: At least 1 year of experience in research or analysis, ideally in finance, economics, or related fields. Familiarity with reading and interpreting market reports, economic data, and policy analysis is a strong plus.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Investment, Economics, Political Science, Data Analytics, Business, or equivalent.
Writing Skills: Ability to translate complex research into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
Fluency in English: Strong command of the language for creating accessible and relatable content for a global audience.
Team Player: Comfortable collaborating, sharing ideas, and providing/receiving constructive feedback.
Curiosity and Growth Mindset: A willingness to learn and adapt as finance and global markets evolve, with an interest in tools like SEO and video scriptwriting.
