- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets, client opportunities, and potential partnerships.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and approach potential clients, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term business relationships. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Analyze data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies and improve performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals. Provide coaching and support to enhance the team's performance and skills.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients. Customize solutions to meet client needs and close deals effectively.
- Revenue Generation & Reporting: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management. Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Ensure effective communication between departments.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Automation Engineering or Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Engineering industry.
- Strong network of contacts in Power/Oil & Gas Industry.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large accounts or partnerships.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging market opportunities.
