  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets and objectives. Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets, client opportunities, and potential partnerships.

  • Revenue Generation & Reporting: Achieve individual and team sales targets. Regularly report on sales activities, progress, and forecasts to management. Track sales metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Collaboration with Other Departments: Ensure effective communication between departments.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company. Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Industrial/Automation Engineering or Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Engineering industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in Power/Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large accounts or partnerships.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and emerging market opportunities.
