The Junior Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide timely and accurate information. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate data and assisting in the reporting process to support business objectives. Job Description:
- Identify and resolve customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Take ownership and responsibility for completing assigned tasks within deadlines.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide timely reporting to superiors for KPI tracking.
Job Requirements:
- Full-time position.
- Willing to work on a rotating shift.
- 6 off days per month.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Minimum education level: SPM or above.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
