Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI Integration.

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

The Quantity Survey (QS) Department at Solarvest Holdings Sdn Bhd aims to enhance

operational efficiency by streamlining and automating key workflows. The initiative focuses

on transforming traditionally manual processes into a seamless, automated system to reduce

errors, save time, and improve overall productivity.

Key workflows targeted for improvement include:

1. Quotation Sourcing and Comparison: Simplifying the procurement process by

automating the collection, evaluation, and comparison of vendor quotations.

2. Work Order Preparation and Issuance: Creating a streamlined approach for

requesting and distributing work orders to ensure timely execution.

3. Invoice Management: Introducing a centralized and systematic solution for managing

vendor invoices, enabling faster approvals and enhanced tracking to replace current

email-based processes.

Remarks: The person should be equipped with knowledge in API connection as well.
