Infra Technical Support

• Job Description:
• Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support troubleshooting on computers, tablets, smart phone, conferencing and other IT equipment for end users
• Overseas and manages the installation and configuration of IT equipment
• Manages and monitor network performance and connectivity with other sites, voice and the security systems.
• Manage and monitor server administration work such as backup, AD accounts management etc
• Deploys, monitors, administers and maintains IT infrastructure system so as to provide a secure and reliable operations environment for the company

• Job Requirements:
• Minimum of Diploma in Computer Studies or its equivalence with at least 2 years of working experience in Deskside & Server
• Experience of MS Exchange/ Active Directory (AD) platform
• Strong understanding of ITIL and Security of Network system
• Good working knowledge of Network switches and routers with good network management skills.
• Experience in Server Administrations and network infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Experience in Virtualization and SAN Storage will be an added advantage
• Customer oriented and has positive working attitude
• Meticulous, analytical and able to communicate effectively
• Excellent team player with ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
• Possess good problem solving skills

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
