As a Medical Enquiries Executive, you will be responsible for handling and responding to medical inquiries from various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams. Your role will involve delivering accurate and timely information about our products, services, and medical-related queries, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Handle incoming medical inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses to medical inquiries, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure all medical inquiries and responses adhere to relevant regulations, guidelines, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal teams.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and efficient manner.
- Support the development and delivery of training materials on medical inquiry handling for internal teams.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure consistent understanding and application of medical inquiry handling procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and the quality of medical inquiry management.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process improvements.
- Address feedback or grievances from customers and escalate issues to the Head of Department (HOD) for resolution.
- Maintain professionalism at all times and ensure confidentiality in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
- Contribute to the team's success by achieving related goals and objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the superior as required.
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Healthcare Management or related fields.
- Fluent to communicate and write in English as well as local language.
- Understanding of medical terminology and knowledge are essential to provide medical support in hospital.
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedure and job assignment is required.
- Must be familiar with hospital background and setup.
- Must be able to function in a team-oriented environment as well as independently deliver results.
- Required work on Saturday based on roration schedule set by the immediate superior
- Required to maintain an appropriate standard of dress code and personal appearance at work and conduct individual in a professional manner at all times both within the workplace and when representing the hospital.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
