Job Responsibilities
- To handle full set of consolidated accounts (AP, AR, GL, Billing, reconciliation and collection).
- To prepare invoices and cheque payments.
- To monitor payment to all parties as well as monitor cashflow.
- Prepare monthly P & L, Balance Sheet, and Forecast Cash Flow.
- Generate invoices and conduct due diligence to follow up for outstanding payments.
- To maintain efficient filing of accounting related document and compile date for reporting and analysis purpose.
- To liaise with auditor, tax agent, secretary, solicitors and bankers related to accounting and financial matter when necessary.
- To developed and set accounting procedures whenever possible.
- To oversee an accounting staff.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential
- To maintain efficient filling of accounting related documents and compile date
- On occasions, for the benefit of the Company you may be required to undertake other duties as required by management.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other accounting professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and writing in English language.
- Experienced in accounting software.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) applications.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
