Finance Manager

We are looking for Finance Manager to be responsible for overseeing the company's Financial Operations and manage company’s financial affairs to maintain overall financial health.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：

1 Taxation

-Oversee the Taxation unit under Financial Operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations -Oversee the timely and accurate preparation and filing for corporate tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other indirect taxes -Oversee the analysis of tax data and trends to provide insights on company's tax performance, tax position, tax exposures, and opportunities for tax optimisation -Oversee the development and implementation of tax and tax exemption strategies to minimize company’s liability

2 Accounting

-Oversee the Accounting unit under Financial Operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations -Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial close processes, to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions -Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements -Oversee the verification of company’s financial records to ensure accuracy and integrity

3 Finance Division Stewardship

-Conduct financial analysis and modelling to support strategic decision-making, investment evaluations, and business planning initiatives

Others

-Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations -Provide ongoing training and motivation to finance team to ensure that all finance operations are running efficiently -Stay informed on industry best practices and trends in financial operations
