Exciting Job Opportunity: Customer Service Executive (Entertainment Industry)

What You'll Be Doing:
- Professionally engage with customers through inbound calls to provide top-notch information and support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, escalating complaints or requests via Service Requests and Trouble Tickets.
- No sales involved!
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience:
- SPM/O-Level holders with at least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Diploma holders with a minimum of 6 months in customer service.
- Fresh graduates with a Degree are highly encouraged to apply!
- Prior customer service experience is a bonus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Location & Work Schedule:
- Location: Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral – easily accessible by public transport!
- Shifts: Rotational:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Days: Monday to Sunday (with 2 scheduled off days per week).
What’s in It for You?
- Competitive Pay:
- Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,800/month + RM200 KPI allowance.
- Probation Period (first 5 months): RM1,800 + RM200 KPI allowance.
- Training Completion Bonus: Additional RM200 upon finishing training.
- KPI Bonus: Earn up to RM400 for excellent performance and attendance (first 3 months).
- Confirmation Bonus: RM3,500 upon confirmation!
- Salary Increment: Starting from the 6th month.
