Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketplace operations. Collaborate with external partners and agencies for marketing initiatives and promotional activities. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and engagement on each platform. Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly to maintain a positive brand image. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in eCommerce marketing, specifically in managing marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing. Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing successful marketing campaigns. Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with marketplace-specific tools and software.
