Assistant Sales Managers

Responsibilities:

  • To expand business activities, products marketability and customer base for the regions / product portfolios assigned.
  • To provide after sales services to existing and future clients.
  • To be responsible for expediting and ensure all payments are collected from clients within agreed terms.
  • Develop sales & tendering strategies for the regions & products range assigned or any other specific business assignments from Management.
  • Responsible for Request for Quotation (RFQ) generating & handling including RFQ processing, assist in proposal preparation & submission, clarifications coordination and participate in negotiation meetings.
  • Responsible for Commercial terms review, comments and negotiation to the best interest of the company.
  • Strong follow up of the Client, before and after Technical & Commercial proposal submission to ensure very well informed with the competition, Client decision, best approach to win the tender, schedule and any other useful tendering intelligences.
  • Generate Sales Orders from the tendering processes and achieve the assigned Yearly Sales Target.
  • Coordinate all sales activities including regular reporting, report all updates of Projects, timely response to all queries, effective and accurate response to market intelligence and development.
  • To prepare and coordinate presentations / promotional road show, pre-qualification, market survey, approved vendor registration and etc in order to secure sales opportunities.
  • To identify potential agents, business partners, joint venture, consortium and etc in order to enhance tendering success rate and to secure orders.
  • To identify any new industries / business segment / product ranges that could enhance the sales order generation.
  • To handle the preparation / update / enhancement of departmental qualification data & document, marketing material and statutory documents.
  • To attend Sales Meeting and any other related business meeting and training assigned by Management.
  • Any other tasks or projects assigned by immediate superior or departmental head as and when required.

Requirements

  • Ideally with relevant skills and knowledge in sales & marketing experience for process equipment & modules/skid for oil, gas, petrochemical, refining, chemical, mineral processing and pharmaceutical industries. Experience in project management, proposal & estimation for Pressure Vessels, Skid / Process Modules is a plus advantage.
  • Diligent, team works spirit, result oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel aggressively both domestic and international.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
