Job Description • Provide primer and seconders treatment for estate workers • Decide either the staff/workers treatment need to be referred to Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) or Government Hospital • Provide GL to the staff/workers for their treatment either at Government Hospital or Specialist Hospital • Responsible for running and maintaining estate clinics/medicines dispensary • Examine and treat minor ailments • Perform minor surgeries such as lancing and draining local infections • Plan and execute healthcare program approved by immediate supervisor • Provide monthly treatment’s reports • Ensure clinic operations comply with the Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) as well as statutory regulations. Job Requirement • Diploma in Medical Assistant/Science Medical or its equivalent from accredited institution of higher learning • Registered with Lembaga Pembantu Perubatan Malaysia (LPP). • Good leadership skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Meticulous, good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Independent and willing to learn. • Responsible for managing overall daily clinic operations, both on-site and office and ensuring targeted output and plans are achieved as set by the management, in line with Company’s policies under the mentorship of the Visiting Medical Officer and Head of the Department / Plantation.
