QC Section Head (Ref ID : 12861)

・Perform detailed inspections of IC Test Sockets to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
・Analyse product quality using equipment such as measuring microscopes.
・Monitor and maintain quality control processes, ensuring adherence to ISO9001 standards.
・Document and report any deviations, defects, or non-conformities found during inspections and tests.
・Collaborate with the QA team to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.
・Conduct supplier audits and manage supplier quality to ensure consistent quality of incoming materials.
・Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and guidelines.
・Participate in internal and external audits to ensure continuous compliance with industry standards.
・Provide training and support to production staff on quality control processes and best practices.
・Prepare and present quality reports and performance metrics to management.

Requirements

・Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Quality Control role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
・High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Quality Control or a related field are a plus.
・Proficiency in using inspection and testing equipment such as measurement microscopes.
・Strong understanding of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.
・Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, is required. (N3 or 3.8above)

・In-depth knowledge of IC Test Sockets and related quality standards.
・Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
・Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
・Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
