Job Title: Inside Sales
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales from small and medium business, engaging with potential clients, and developing long-term relationships. You will play a critical role in promoting our offerings in computer and networking technologies, ensuring customers receive tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Working location : Kuala Lumpur
Working hours : Normal working hours
Working days : Monday to Friday
Salary starting from RM5,500++ with Sales commission
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach. List of customers will be prepared.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers, effectively communicating the value of our cloud solutions.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of computer technology and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring timely follow-up and customer engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align strategies and develop effective sales materials.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales/Lead Generation/Business Development
- Basic knowledge of computer parts, basic troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English
