  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of Injection Molding Process evaluation and propose improvements on the manufacturing processes, production efficiency and quality.
  • To monitor and analyse Injection Molding process performance & cycle time for Continuous Improvement.
  • To establish molding process & machine manual for technician to carry out proper set up and fine tuning of machine, testers and equipment.
  • To facilitate validation and qualification of jigs/ machines/ testers prior to production.
  • To perform investigation on Molding technical issues / rejects, conduct failure analysis and propose relevant feasible solutions.
  • To prepare and maintain all necessary documents for process control (Check Sheet, WI, CP, FMEA, Material Usage etc.).

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Possesses Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Injection Molding Technology, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Injection Molding Processes and Machineries.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
