Key Responsibility Areas:

Events & Experiences

  • Assist in planning and implementing events calendar for positive brand building and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with retail team for top client engagement - initiate specific gifting and experiences to drive engagement and sales conversion.
  • Create customized and tiered gifting that continuously surprise and delight clients with creativity and innovation, while ensuring an uncompromising high standard of luxury.
  • Assist with sourcing of suppliers, vendors for upcoming projects.

Client Communication

  • Manage all communication material to the retail teams on campaign information and updates.
  • Work with Design and Tech team to develop communication content and tools to ensure robust and effective program.
  • Manage Email and WhatsApp marketing scheduling and messaging.
  • Stay abreast of the latest clienteling activities in the industry and propose to deliver memorable experiences to prospects and clients.

Client Database Management, Analytics & Reporting

  • Provide data analysis and recommendation relevant target segment for CRM initiatives and events.
  • Report post activation performance and overall effectiveness; summarizing key insights and offering recommendations.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare marketing reports for management analysis.
  • Ensure timely submission of all marketing reports including post-event reports.
  • Review and research marketing campaigns of competitor brands.
  • Assist in tracking marketing performance, gather consumer insights, and evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Assist in delivering post program and promotion analysis and key best practices to Management.
  • To provide administrative support e.g. preparation of PO, vouchers and other relevant reports.
  • Updating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.

Others

  • Perform other related functions as instructed or delegated by immediate supervisor or Management from time to time.
  • Staff to conduct themselves in a proper and professional manner in compliance with the Code of Business Conduct.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in a comparable retail environment.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle stress, show resilience and adapt to changing market trends.
  • Pleasant Personality with positive attitude
  • Excellent communicator
  • Good Persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in computer skill
  • Languages: Fluent English, both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other languages is an added advantage
  • This position may require occasional travel with the assigned region.
  • Flexibility in working hours may be needed to accommodate events and campaigns.
