  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Senior Account Executive- Tebrau

Job Description:

  • To perform monthly financial closing
  • Fixed Asset Control and Inventory Control
  • To prepare, review and analysis accounts. Ensuring revenue, expenses and Balance Sheet items are appropriately captured each month and in accordance with the established accounting standards and finance policies.
  • Monthly Cash flow Budget, processing of all weekly payments and ensuring sufficient funds.
  • Reconciliation of monthly Account Payable, Account Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Balances, other BS items
  • Ensuring all liabilities and prepayments are taken up accurately.
  • Analysis of expenses, explaining for major variances if any
  • Liaison with banker, auditor, income tax department
  • Review Departmental Monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Update Standard costing and able to construct variant of costing report (example: PPC, usage variance and etc)
  • Others ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

  • 5 years experienced in accounting and related field.
  • Diploma or Degree or Master or any Education in related field
  • Accounting, Finance, Microsoft Office, ERP system (SAP preferable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
